Duke Street

Alan Cheadle – OO – BR Blue Period.

Duke Street is a small maintenance and refuelling depot somewhere in the East Midlands. There is also a general goods loading dock which is reached via a spur off the depot.

Motive power consists of a varied mix of BR Blue diesels with examples of classes 03, 08, 20, 24, 25, 37, 44, 45, 47 and 55. All the loco’s have DCC decoders fitted and the majority have sound. Weathering and detailing has been added by Alex Carpenter.

The maintenance shed, bridge, loading dock, walls and warehouse are all scratchbuilt and the refuelling point is a modified Knightwing kit.

The track is Peco code 100 which has been ballasted and weathered.
