Drabford – OO – Shaun Robson

Drabford is a fictional place somewhere in South Yorkshire in the late 1970’s to 1980’s BR Blue period. It is assumed that two branch lines served the station, but due to rationalisation only one branch now survives. The station has been reduced to one passenger platform, the other platform now only used for mail or newspaper trains. Occasional Speedlink and wagonload freight services visit the goods facilities by means of trip-workings. The truncated branch line is now used as a kickback siding and for stabling. Trackwork is Peco code 100, points are operated via pushbutton using Seep motors. All structures are scratchbuilt using Plasticards.
