St Peter’s Way – OO – Keith Morris


St Peter’s Way is a fictitious 00 gauge layout based in the mining midlands, perhaps nr Mansfield and set in the early 80’s. A two platform terminal station based in a small town environment along with a small depot and fuelling point which supports the freight loco’s of the local collieries.

The layout is 12ft long, uses Hornby and peco track and points, has some working colour signals and users mainly Metcalf buildings & Gaugemaster backscenes.

Locos and rolling stock is a variety of Hornby, Bachmann and Mainline (yes – from the 80’s)and are controlled by a NCE power and pro cab. Points are controlled by DCC concepts 8 way solenoid accessory decoders.
