Operation Dark Winter is based on the hit video game Tom Clancy’s The Division, and is set in an emergency quarantine supply yard on post-pandemic Manhattan island in New York city. It is a HO scale micro layout built in an APA box from IKEA, and is operated with 40′ freight cars and small switch engines.
